Looking for a safe and fun place to send your children this summer? Look no further than Shoreview Parks & Recreation's Summer Camps! Camps are available for children entering grades K-9. Register EARLY for summer camps and other programs in the Spring Shoreviews Catalog at our Activity Fair on Saturday, March 4th, 10am-12pm at the Community Center. Free activities such as a balloon artist, strolling magician, temporary tattoos, crafts, and games will all be available for the children to enjoy while you sign up!
For those looking for something that lasts all summer, consider our Summer Discovery summer childcare program, which runs June 12-August 25, 2017 (no program July 4). This camp require an 11-week commitment (up to 2 weeks unpaid vacation allowed) and offers swimming at the Tropics Indoor Waterpark, weekly field trips, age appropriate activities, morning/afternoon snacks, an optional hot lunch program, and enrichment classes such as piano, guitar, swimming, drama, art, science, and sports for an additional affordable rate.
A half-day camp option is our Adventure Quest Summer Playground Program, which runs June 12-August 3 (no program July 4) and meets in the morning. This program is filled with sports, crafts, games, songs, and other themed events, all held at parks located throughout Shoreview. Children will stretch their imaginations, stay physically active, and make new friends as they explore the outdoors!
Four-day sports camps are available, including cheerleading & dance, wiffle ball, soccer, rugby, volleyball, lacrosse (non-contact), SNAG golf, flag football, pickleball, and more! Weekly sports camps are also available for elementary track, soccer, baseball, and basketball. Summer sports leagues are also available for t-ball, baseball, and soccer.
