Spend your summer discovering friendships, values, community and all that you can do through our 2012 theme the Summer of Dr. Seuss. Each week will dive into another Dr. Seuss story while playing and creating in Seussical ways.
Butwin campers spend their days horseback riding, boating, playing sports, climbing our 45' tower, zipping through the forest on our 100' zip line. swimming, boating, singing and making friends that will last a lifetime!
Camp Butwin is accredited by the American Camping Association. We have one of the highest camper to staff ratios in the twin cities.
Campers who spend a summer at Camp Butwin will:
- Experience a cooperative and inclusive approach in an outdoor setting
- Create a community through song, dance, art and celebration
- Develop self-confidence and esteem by learning new skills and mastering old ones
