Get ready to lace up those sneakers and hit the course! The Healthy Kids Running Series - Woodbury (HKRS) is back this spring for a fun-filled, five-week running Series designed for kids from Pre-K through 8th gradeโwith a special race for high schoolers, too! We cannot wait to see those finish line smiles each week.
Each week, kids will participate in age-appropriate races, including:
๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ 50 & 75-yard (pre-k ages 2-5) Non-Competitive dashes there will not be trophies for these age groups.
๐โโ๏ธ 75-yard dashes (Challenger Division)
๐โโ๏ธ ยผ mile, ยฝ mile, and 1-mile runs (for older age groups)
๐โโ๏ธ 2-mile race (for high school students)
Runners will earn points based on their finishing times, and best of allโevery participant receives a medal on Week 5! ๐ Pre-School runners ages 2-5 will be non-competitive this season concentrating on "Race Fundamentals" and getting better every week.

Challenger Division โ Inclusive Racing for All!
At Healthy Kids Running Woodbury, every child deserves the chance to cross the finish line. The Challenger Division offers an adaptive 75-yard race for children with disabilities and special needs. Parents, siblings, and friends can accompany runners on the course, and supportive devices like crutches, braces, and wheelchairs are welcome. ๐
